Would you like to keep going beyond the individual sessions, explore the material in greater depth and continue to develop alongside others? If so, the Saturday training sessions are just the thing for you.
What to expect
These topic-specific workshops combine:
- Psychoeducation – Understanding what’s going on inside you
- Body-focused exercises – feel what moves you
- Group self-awareness – realising that you are not alone
The content isn’t structured in a sequential way – you can join in at any time, whether you’re new to this or have been working with me for a while.

The Saturday training sessions take place approximately four times a year, on selected Saturdays at the practice. The workshops last 2.5 hours, are conducted in English and are on a pay-what-you-can basis.
