This course shows you a new way to deal with your emotions in your daily life in a healthy, mindful and body-centred way.

The Change Triangle®

The Change Triangle® is a simple yet powerful model that shows you how emotions, defenses and anxiety interact – and how you can move from stress, inner rigidity or emotional chaos back to a sense of self-connection.

It is based on the work of Hilary Jacobs Hendel and the AEDP psychotherapeutic approach. In our course, we have combined it with body-oriented therapeutic methods – to facilitate experiential, tangible learning.
